How to Get a Quote for Custom Apparel and Promotions
We assume you want to know how much it will cost so click the quote link, email us, or give us a call and tell us what you want! What type of product are you interested in? How many do you want to get? How many print locations will there be? Do you already have artwork or do we need to create it for you? When do you need it by? The more information, the better so we can get you an accurate quote! If all the information isn’t known right away, contact us anyway with whatever information you do have and we’ll help you figure out the rest!
2. Payment
Once you’ve agreed on the quote, it’s time to get started!
To officially place an order payment can be made using a secure payment link, by calling in a card over phone, or by delivering a check or cash to our shop.
3. Proofs/Approval
First artwork proofs are typically sent within 24 hours. This is your chance to tell us how awesome the artwork is or to tell us what you don’t like about it. We will make whatever edits you need until it’s exactly what you want! Nothing will go to print until you are satisfied with the mockup and give us the approval.
4. Production
Once artwork is approved, your order will move to production. Typical production time on any printed order is within 5 business days.
5. Pick-Up/Delivery
Your order is now hot off the press and ready for you! We will let you know as soon as that box is packed up and you are welcome to pick it up anytime during business hours! If you can’t pick it up from us, don’t worry…we offer delivery options for local customers and can ship anywhere in the world!
