Screen printing is the art of transferring ink through a mesh screen onto a product. At Elite, we have 2 automatic presses that can print up to 8 different colors at one time. This method is best for designs with solid colors and garments such as t-shirts and fleece.
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric by needle and thread. At Elite, we have 20 heads of embroidery that can handle up to 15 different colors per design. This method is best for more professional garments like Polos and Corporate Wear.
Direct To Garment (DTG) is the process of printing an image directly onto a product, similar to how a desktop printer prints on paper. This method is best for full color photographs, designs with a lot of colors, as well as low quantity orders. DTG prints best on 100% cotton garments, though some shirt blends may work as well.
Patches are a great way to elevate your product. Leather, woven and sublimated are the most common types of patches and are perfect for most any style of cap. Patches also work well for polos and jackets, especially where the logo is too detailed for embroidery.
Print & Fold is a professional finishing option where we individually fold your garments and seal them inside poly bags. This also includes size stickers on the outside of the bags that are easy to find. Print & Fold is a great option for retail/fulfillment, when you need to store your product for a while or when you just want everything to be a little nicer and easier.
Tag printing is another great way to elevate the finished product. With tag printing, we can custom relabel most shirts by removing the manufacturers tag annd printing your custom tag in its place.
