how it works

1. Get A Quote

We assume you want to know how much it will cost so click the quote link, email us, or give us a call and tell us what you want! What type of product are you interested in? How many do you want to get? How many print locations will there be? Do you already have artwork or do we need to create it for you? When do you need it by? The more information, the better so we can get you an accurate quote! If all the information isn’t known right away, contact us anyway with whatever information you do have and we’ll help you figure out the rest!

2. Payment

Once you’ve agreed on the quote, it’s time to get started! Depending on the size of the order, we will either require full payment or a 50% deposit to move your order forward and get started on the artwork. In some instances, purchase orders may be accepted. If you want to get started on the artwork before deciding on your final order details we charge a non-refundable art deposit of $50-$200 depending on complexity. Don’t worry, once you finalize your details and place your order, this art deposit gets applied to the order total so you don’t lose it!

3. Proofs/Approval

Once the payment or art deposit is made, we will begin work on your mockup and usually, your first proof is available within 1-3 business days depending on complexity. This is your chance to tell us how awesome the artwork is or to tell us what you don’t like about it. We will make whatever edits you need until it’s exactly what you want! Nothing will go to print until you are satisfied with the mockup and give us the approval.

4. Production

After we’ve gone back and forth getting the design just right and you give us the thumbs up, your order will now move to production. At this point, it is too late to make any changes to your order. The timeframe for production does vary by service, order size, and time of year however, we will always make getting your order done and in your hands a priority. The expected completion time will be communicated throughout and you are more than free to email us anytime to check on your order. If we have already agreed to complete your order by a certain deadline, rest easy because we will do whatever it takes to keep our word!

5. Pick-Up/Delivery

Your order is now hot off the press and ready for you! We will let you know as soon as that box is packed up and you are welcome to pick it up anytime during business hours! If you can’t pick it up from us, don’t worry…we offer delivery options for local customers and can ship anywhere in the world!
